PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must meet the following minimum standards to become a PROG provider:

-Hold at least 1 degree of any ranking, in any field of study.

-Become licensed (small new facilities).

-Licensed for a minimum of 3 years w/no violations (large facility).

-Licensed for a minimum of 5 years w/no violations (Center).

-Complete virtual interview.

-Complete in person home survey.

-Become food safety certified within 30 days.

-Complete virtual training.

-Monthly Curriculum Material Access Fee.

FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

Complete in person home survey of the following:

-Fenced Property

-Space for two classrooms

-No swimming pools

-Space for indoor/outdoor play (front and backyard)
